National Contracting Co. was started in 2008 by Scott Sinclair, a veteran Air Force Civil Engineer Officer. Scott received his commission through the ROTC program at Iowa State University and proudly served for over 6 years. He was tested with tours to Kuwait and Iraq and is proud of the work he and his unit accomplished in their efforts to design and construct facilities for the Iraqi Security Forces while stationed in Baghdad.
